Day 18

## **TODAY’S SCRIPTURE**
Mark 11:24-25, That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large. Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything. And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it’s not all asking. If you have anything against someone, forgive—only then will your heavenly Father be inclined to also wipe your slate clean of sins.”

### **THOUGHT FOR TODAY:**
Our posture speaks volumes of our emotions, our devotion, and even our attitude. It links what we think, to how we feel, followed by a physical body movement that can impact our overall health. I confess I have not thought much about my posture around prayer. When I was struck by the phrase, "when you assume the posture of prayer". Am I face down as they ofter were in the Old Testament? Am I on my knees as Jesus was in the garden? As you pray today, pause ..... where are you emotionally? Where are you physically? Assume a posture of heart and mind and body as you pray and embrace this God-life, praying for everything small to large.


### **PRAYER**
Jesus, I pray that my physical posture in this moment reflects my heart and emotion and that you would be the God of all things large and small in my life. Amen.
