WHAT TO EXPECT EASTER WEEKEND

Easter Weekend Services:  Sunday,  April 4th at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30 AM at Gig harbor High School (5101 Rosedale St NW, Gig Harbor, WA 98335)
*As always, services will be streamed live on Facebook, Youtube, HCC App and at HCCtoday.org.

RSVP FOR WEEKEND SERVICES

In order for us to follow local gathering guidelines, we are asking everyone to RSVP so that we have the appropriate capacity for social distancing.

We will be providing the following children's ministry classes:  Kids 4 years to 5th grade will be dismissed after the worship time. 
(Please follow the Kids RSVP link in the Easter Weekend confirmation email you will receive after registering.)

GC Middle Schoolers will stay in-service 
Reservation links will remain open until capacity has been reached or by the following Saturday at 11:59 p.m., whichever comes first.

  • Hold the doors for you to keep the surfaces clean.
  • Provide visuals for social distancing by marking off seats, utilizing floor decals, etc.
  • Make hand sanitizer readily available.
  • Provide mask should you need one.

  • Do not attend if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.

Q. What does seating in the service look like?
A. The auditorium is limited to a maximum of 50% capacity.  Chairs will be set up to ensure safe social distancing. We encourage you to only sit directly with members of your own household.

Q. Is there a recommended arrival time for services? 
A. Doors will open about 15 minutes before the start of the service.

Q. Can I take off my mask when I’m seated? 
A. We strive for best practice and the highest standards of care for our congregation and staff, therefore a mask is required at all times while in the building.

Q. Can I bring my kids to the main service with me? 
A. Yes!

Q. Will kids program be open? Is registration required? 
A. During the registration let us know about your kids. They will be dismissed after the worship time for an outdoor activity/lesson. (Easter Weekend  Only)

Q. Does my child have to wear a mask? 
A. Any child age 2 and older are required to wear a mask.

Q. What if someone who attends a service later tests positive for COVID? What if I attend a service and later test positive? 
A. Please notify the church by emailing [email protected] if you test positive after you have attended a service. Due to the RSVP system we will be able to communicate to everyone who attended the service regarding this issue and the next steps to take.
