What is Night to Shine?
Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older.
This year, we're launching our first-ever
SNEAKERS BALL at NIGHT TO SHINE
Everyone — volunteers and guests — will be rocking soft-soled sneakers. Dress them up, bedazzle them, or keep them simple… just no dress shoes. Lace up and get ready to shine — this prom is all about comfort, style, and fun!
More than just a dance, it is a worldwide movement dedicated to celebrating the worth and value of every King and Queen. Sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted simultaneously by hundreds of churches globally, Night to Shine provides a truly royal experience.
The Royal Treatment
Every Honored Guest is given the VIP experience from the moment they arrive. The night includes:
Supporting Our Caregivers
We also honor the tireless dedication of each guest's parents and caregivers. During the event, they are invited to relax and connect in a private Respite Room right on site. This quiet space offers a catered dinner and a chance for much-deserved rest, knowing their loved one is safe and being celebrated by our community.

- Red Carpet Welcome: Guests are greeted by a friendly crowd and "paparazzi" as they walk the red carpet.
- VIP Treatment: Guests are treated to hair and makeup stations, shoe-shining, and flowers (corsages and boutonnieres)
- The Buddy System: Every Honored Guest is paired with a trusted, trained volunteer Buddy from our church and community for the entire night. Their goal is to ensure fun, safety, and supportive companionship throughout the evening.
- Fun Activities: The evening is packed with activities like limousine rides, professional photos, a catered dinner, dancing, and karaoke
- Crowning Ceremony: The night culminates in every single guest being crowned as a King or Queen of the prom

A Buddy is a volunteer who provides companionship and support to an assigned guest throughout the event. Your role is simple but powerful: to ensure your guest has the best night possible!

- Companion: Escort your guest to and from activities.
- Assistant: Help your guest navigate the event space.
- Enthusiast: Sit with your guest during dinner, dance with them, and participate in the various fun activities together.
