HCC Property Development Update
Our HCC Building Task Force just had their third meeting last night. They are now identifying a few architects in the region who will be invited to present their qualifications.
In the next few weeks, we are sending out what is known as RFQ's (Request for Qualifications for Architectural Predesign and Programming Services). From there, we will be discussing the scope of the project with them. The goal is to match the project with the appropriate architectural firm.
In the next few months, we will be in the design stage and, by Q1 in 2022, have some designs to show the beautiful people of HCC. This will be followed by the permit process with the city, which takes about 12 months for approval.
